Who we are
My Short Sale Atlanta is the short sale practice of Constance Boyce, a licensed Georgia real estate agent (license #333626) with Atlanta Communities, 1801 Peachtree Street #155, Atlanta, GA 30309. Questions about this policy can go to constance@atlantacommunities.net or (404) 861-3575.
What we collect
- What you give us when you fill out a form, call, text or email: your name, phone number, email, property address, foreclosure sale date and how you heard about us.
- Details you choose to share about your situation, such as your lender, loan balance or hardship, so we can tell you whether a short sale fits.
- Basic technical information sent by your browser when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Our hosting provider keeps this in standard server logs.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you back about your property and your options.
- To prepare and submit a short sale package to your lender, only after you have agreed to work with us.
- To keep records required of licensed real estate agents in Georgia.
- To understand how people find us, so we know which outreach is working.
Calls and text messages
By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your property. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call, and we will not contact you again about it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to help you:
- With our brokerage, Atlanta Communities, which supervises our real estate work.
- With your lender, servicer, other lien holders, a closing attorney or a buyer's agent, as part of a short sale you have agreed to.
- With service providers that run our website, email and phone systems, who may use it only to provide those services.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies and outside services
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information as long as we need it to help you and to meet record-keeping rules for real estate agents, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to the records we must keep by law. Email constance@atlantacommunities.net.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date below.
